International Prices
Our international prices are the same as our domestic prices.
International customers, however, have different documentation
requirements such as legalized certificate of origin, shipper's export
declaration, commercial invoice, NAFTA documentations and some others.
Additionally, international packaging is generally more extensive than our
domestic packaging (padded wood crates as opposed to padded cartons). As
a result, it is best if you request a Proforma Invoice that includes
freight charges, insurance and any other costs that may apply to
your specific country.
Laser tubes in some power ranges are eligible for 'export discount'.
As noted above, international shipments require 'special packaging'.
Within the United States we normally ship in specially made
cardboard boxes. An international shipment requires a 'wood crate',
sometimes
a spring loaded crate, sometimes a crate inside another crate and so
on. The extra cost of this packaging is passed on to the end user.
To review your total costs, please ask for a Proforma invoice.
We ask that all international customers settle their account on or
before
Readiness-To-Ship.
Small orders are prepaid via bank
transfer (T/T). Large orders can be placed on LC.
We use DHL Express International to deliver to your
door and DHL will take care
of all the Export / Import documentation.
This process is fast, simple and low
cost.

You may also ask us to ship with
YOUR choice of transport company.
Please note that payment by Letter of Credit adds extra
charges.
Those extra charges are;
bank charges ($300 + 5% over $10k),
freight forwarder charges (min. $100),
intermediate consignee charges (variable)
and some more bank charges if any changes are made.
