Refill / Regas

  • Mirror replacement :
    We repair DC excited CO2 laser tubes, replace front mirror (output coupler), replace rear mirror (total reflector) and bring your tube to its original new condition at 'honest' prices.

  • Emergency Service : If you are in a hurry and you must have your laser tube done 'overnight', we can help there too.
    Emergency 'regas only' = 24 hours turn around
    Emergency 'complete service' = mirror replacement + refill = 48 hours turn around

  • Special laser tubes are built 'in-house':
    All we do is build CO2 laser tubes. So if you need a shorter laser tube or a longer laser tube, a thin one or a fat one, a laser tube with one Brewster window or two Brewster windows, just talk to us

  • Fluorinert FC-77 and FC-770:
    We try to always keep a small quantity of Fluorinert FC-77 and FC-770 in stock for those of you who must have it for your Sharplan tubes. It is expensive and we can not keep large quantities on hand, but it is always here to get you off and running in a hurry.

Fee for receiving, evaluating and estimating laser tube repair work, including glass-blowing work. Fee is refunded if repair is done by us. $350

All tubes are Helium leak tested for seals integrity. All possible leak joints are checked with a Helium leak detector to ascertain their integrity. If the tube passes, then and only then it will be released for refill.

4-to-5 day turnaround time on most re-gas services, FOB Boston.

Emergency 24 hour regas or Emergency 48 hour Full Service

regas - or replace both mirrors and regas - available for $600 premium

Meaning of '24 hour' : If your laser is delivered to our place of business before 12 noon, it will be shipped the following afternoon.
