High voltage power source for DC excied co2 lasers

The high voltage 'ballastless' power supplies for our laser tubes are offered in two 'wattage' sizes - PX50 and PX100 - and two models, OEM model and Scientific table top model.

The PX50 model is for Parallax PLX laser tubes up to 45 Watts and
PX100 model is for use with PLX laser tubes up to 120 Watts.

Power supplies are packaged either for OEM users (Original Equipment Manufacturer) or packaged fully interlocked for table top and Scientic / Research applications ('S' models).

Power supply specifications:

-- Power supplies sold by Parallax are manufactured by other manufacturers.
-- Warranty service is provided by the manufacturer through Parallax.
-- Input line requirement: 110 or 220 VAC, 50/60 Hz

All models ;
Control signal for ON / OFF = 5 Vdc
( use internally available 5 Vdc or drive it via your software)
Control signal for Min to Max Power adjustment = 0-5 Vdc
( use internally available 5 Vdc or drive it via your software)
Pulse control signal : For pulse operation a TTL level trigger pulse must be supplied by the user (min. width 200 microsec)
Pulse duty cycle : 0 to 100%
Mounting position : any
Cooling : Air

S models:
Removable Key Switch (optional) - Power supply On/Off
Coolant Flow / NO Flow interlock switch
Remote control via Foot Switch, contact closure (optional)
Water-Flow interlock
Laboratory door-open interlock
Laser Cover interlock and
Manual power level adjustment (potentiometer)
Int/Ext switch (to operate manually or via computer)
Laser Output power monitor, Banana plug, 0-5 Vdc
Power cord and fuse
Packaged in a fully enclosed attractive box.
